Yoni Gems Vagi Steam Baths

Note: Do not steam an open wound as this could cause pain and swelling.

Things to note before using Yoni Gems Vagi steam bath

• Do not steam while having your period

• Avoid steaming if you have a vaginal infection

• Do not steam open wounds, sores, or blisters

• Avoid steaming if you are pregnant or trying to conceive

• To avoid burns due to heat, remove all genital piercings before steaming.

Note: Avoid using essential oils in your steam bath as they could contain components that may burn the delicate tissues of the genitals.

How to use Yoni Gems Vagi Steam Bath

​

• Fill a medium sized pot with eight cups of purified water

• Gently place the Yoni Gems steam bag in the water

• Put the lid back on and boil the water softly for five minutes

• Stop the heat and allow the water to marinate with the lid on for five minutes.

• Pour out four cups of water from the pot into a separate clean bowl placed in your bathroom

• Check to ensure that the water is not too hot by gently waving your hand eight-ten inches above the bowl.

• Remove your underwear and proceed to sit on the seat above the steaming water.

• Ensure that no steam escapes by draping a large blanket or cloth around your waist down to the floor.

• If necessary, keep yourself warm by covering your neck and wearing socks or slippers on your feet as you do not want to catch a cold during this process.

• You will begin to feel a warm, soothing heat in about 10-20 minutes.

• If the water becomes too cool, you will need to reheat it but endeavour to test again to make sure that it is not too hot.

• Sit in place till the heat dies down and then proceed to dump the water into the toilet.
